After trying for so long in the Binibining Pilipinas competition, Pia Wurtzbach finally got the title of Miss Universe Philippines 2015 which everyone who follows beauty pageants considered it as the highest among the titles awarded in the competition. Pia is known as one of the veterans in the competition that’s why she did her best just to have one of the crowns and the chance to compete in the international competition. And her effort paid well after winning the Miss Universe Philippines 2015 succeeding MJ Lastimosa who became controversial in the competition because of her national costume and evening gown.
Meanwhile other winners include Kimverlyn Suiza as 2nd Runner Up, Hannah Ruth Sison as 1st Runner Up, Ann Lorraine Colis as Bb Pilipinas Tourism International 2015, Rogelie Catacutan as Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2015, Christi Lyn McGarry as Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental 2015 and Janicel Lubina as Bb Pilipinas International 2015.
The Binibining Pilipinas 2015 happened at the Araneta Coliseum with 34 candidates competed for the 5 titles and it was hosted by Xian Lim and Toni Gonzaga.
