JL Gaspar, formerly of P-Pop group PLUUS, has officially released his solo single “Alon”. The emotional track marks both a farewell to his PLUUS era and a prelude to his upcoming debut in a K-Pop group. He earned the opportunity after standing out on the hit survival show Universe League.
Recorded in 2024 before his audition, “Alon” reflects feelings of emotional vulnerability and the uncertainty of unspoken love, with lyrics like: “Ako’y nalulunod, hindi makaahon. Sabihin mo kung ano ba talaga kasi… Kailan ko malalaman, kung nalulunod ka na rin sa akin?”
Now preparing for his K-Pop debut, JL offers fans this heartfelt solo release as a bridge between chapters.
