PNB Holdings Corporation has renewed its partnership with Giftaway, Inc. through a new five-year lease agreement that will keep the technology company headquartered at the PNB Makati Center.
Giftaway, a Philippine-based provider of digital rewards, incentives, and eGift solutions, has been occupying space at the Ayala Avenue property since 2018.
The new agreement reinforces the PNB Makati Center’s role in supporting Giftaway’s continued operations while contributing to PNB Holdings’ leasing business.
The ceremonial signing was attended by PNB Holdings executives and Giftaway representatives, including PHC Chief Financial Officer Ponciano S. Carreon Jr., PHC President Karlu T. Say, Giftaway Chief Executive Officer Alvin Edward C. Tan, and Head of Operations George Adrian M. Santos.
PNB Makati Center accounted for 26% of PNB Holdings’ revenues during the first half of 2026. The property’s contribution formed part of the company’s overall performance, with consolidated revenues rising 26% to Php 634.3 million and net income increasing 85.3% to Php 209.9 million.
Beyond PNB Makati Center, PNB Holdings owns and manages a portfolio of strategically located commercial properties, including the PNB Financial Center in Pasay City and an approximately 8,000-square-meter property along the Buendia-Paseo de Roxas corridor in Makati City.
The company recently reported total assets of Php 50.894 billion.
The renewed lease with Giftaway adds to PNB Holdings’ ongoing leasing activities across its commercial property portfolio as the company prepares for its Listing by Way of Introduction on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
