Box office queens Eugene Domingo and Toni Gonzaga reunites in another comedy movie and this time it tackles more into the issue concerning marriage and commitment. The movie Wedding Tayo Wedding of Star Cinema and OctoArts Film was directed by Jose Javier Reyes the same person behind Kasal Kasali Kasalo and Sakal Sakali Saklolo that both stars celebrity couply Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo. This inspirational drama comedy premieres in all cinemas nationwide beginning August 31, 2011 and will be showing internationally in selected cinemas soon.
According to Direk Joey the original title was Kakasal, Kakalas but with the title Wedding Tayo Wedding Hindi it is very catchy and lighter for the viewers. The movie follows the story of Belay (Toni) who is a former OFW from Japan and later became an elementary teacher and her friend Precy (Eugene) a loving wife. Everything was similar to them except their outlook toward marriage. Belay who wants to settle down with his fiancé Oca (Zanjoe Marudo) while Precy already wants to go out of marriage because of her on the rocks relationship with his husband who just lost their money to a swindler.
Wedding Tayo Wedding Hindi is a kind of movie that shows the usual situation that some of the couples undergo on their marriage life. It also shows the process of soon to be husband and wife should undergo as they make their relationship stronger – strong enough to prepare them on all the twist and turns of family life.
