iWant is injecting fresh, unapologetic Filipino humor into its lineup with the launch of “Benta Nights,” a stand-up comedy series that captures the energy, chaos, and authenticity of a live comedy show, now streaming exclusively every Wednesday on iWant.
The series, which premiered on November 19, puts Red Ollero front and center as the first Filipino comedian to headline a Tagalog stand-up special on an international streaming platform. Known for his quick wit and fearless perspectives on politics, religion, and personal flaws, Red sets the stage for a series that celebrates the bold, diverse, and ever-evolving local stand-up comedy scene.
Featuring 12 of the country’s most in-demand comics across six episodes, “Benta Nights” highlights the growing audience for sharp, authentic Filipino comedy.
