Prime Video has announced that all eight episodes of its highly anticipated Original series “Carrie” will premiere exclusively on October 7, streaming in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
The announcement was made during the series’ panel at San Diego Comic-Con, where Prime Video unveiled the official teaser trailer, giving fans a first look at acclaimed filmmaker Mike Flanagan’s television adaptation of Stephen King’s iconic novel.
Described as a fresh and contemporary reimagining of King’s classic story, the series promises a chilling yet emotionally grounded take on the beloved horror tale. The newly released teaser offers a glimpse into the show’s darker atmosphere while hinting at new layers and perspectives that set this adaptation apart.

The Comic-Con panel concluded with Flanagan, who serves as showrunner and director, revealing the series’ premiere date and debuting the official key art.
