Healthier Filipino children take the spotlight in “Gen H: Generation Healthy,” the newest educational health series from the Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) in partnership with AIA Philippines. The program airs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12 noon on the Knowledge Channel.
Designed for Grades 4 to 6 learners, “Gen H: Generation Healthy” promotes simple, practical habits that encourage personal wellness and care for the environment. The series aims to equip children with the right knowledge, attitudes, and values to make informed health decisions amid rising concerns about malnutrition, unhealthy lifestyles, and climate change.

KCFI President and Executive Director Rina Lopez shared that the program goes beyond education. “‘Gen H: Generation Healthy’ is more than just a show, it is a movement to inspire kids to live better and healthier lives,” she said.
The series was launched this October at Naga Central School with the support of Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo, who emphasized the importance of accessible and engaging educational materials. “Kaisa ninyo po kami sa inyong panawagan para sa mas epektibong mga materyales para sa ating mga batang mag-aaral, dahil bilang mga magulang at mga guro, iisa lang po ang ating pangarap, ang magkaroon ng mga anak na malusog hindi lang sa katawan kundi pati na rin sa isip at sa damdamin,” Mayor Leni said.

AIA Philippines Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Henson reaffirmed the company’s dedication to promoting a healthier generation. “Through AIA Healthiest Schools, which will now reach more children through the Knowledge Channel and ‘Gen H,’ we bring our purpose to life by helping children develop lifelong healthy habits,” she said.
Catch “Gen H: Generation Healthy” every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12 noon on the Knowledge Channel and join the movement to raise a healthier, smarter generation of Filipino children.
