Bossjob, the AI-powered, chat-first career platform, continues its rapid growth across Southeast Asia and beyond, driven by strong user adoption, innovative product advancements, and new employer partnerships that reinforce its position as a trusted platform for the future of work.

From January to August 2025, Bossjob recorded over 1.7 million monthly chats between job seekers and employers, highlighting the success of its AI-driven hiring model designed to deliver faster, smarter, and more efficient talent matching.

“Our vision has always been to make hiring seamless for both talents and employers. These milestones show that Bossjob is not only growing but also transforming how recruitment works across markets,” said Kiat How Quak, Co-Founder of Bossjob.

At the center of this momentum is BossAI, now fully integrated into the Employer Dashboard. The tool streamlines recruitment by consolidating resumes, analyzing candidate suitability through AI, and introducing new collaboration features like team notes to enhance decision-making. Bossjob also improved its onboarding process, increasing resume completion rates to 86% through A/B testing. Upcoming UI and copy updates aim to make the experience even more intuitive for job seekers while driving stronger conversions for employers.

The Philippines remains a key growth engine for Bossjob. Between January and August 2025, registered talents rose from 4.16 million to 5.20 million (+25%), while employer accounts grew from 67,000 to 81,000. This expansion has been strengthened by partnerships with PESO Biñan, PESO San Jose del Monte, PESO Pasay, and schools including Trimex Colleges, University of Rizal System, Philippine Women’s University, and Adamson University. These collaborations support Bossjob’s mission to empower the Filipino workforce and expand employment opportunities nationwide.

Trusted by top employers such as INGCO PH, Good Eats by SSI, Jeeves Manila, and TDCX, Bossjob continues to attract major brands. Recently, Gongcha Philippines Inc. and Fruitas Group Inc. joined its growing list of partners, reinforcing its reputation as the hiring platform of choice.

By combining technology and human connection, Bossjob is creating a future-ready hiring ecosystem where innovation drives real impact. Its sustained growth reflects not only business success but also its commitment to uplifting lives, empowering job seekers, and helping businesses thrive with the right talent.

Find Job. Talk to Boss. Bossjob continues to redefine recruitment—fast, direct, and impactful.
