Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid is finally home with the Kapamilya Network

Speculation is finally over! The Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid is officially home with Kapamilya network ABS-CBN.



After her appearance in the recent ABS-CBN Ball 2018 that ignited on her network transfer and later her former network, GMA Network already issued a statement on her decision to leave the station.

On October 17, Regine together with her husband Ogie Alcasid, sister Cacai Velasquez and ABS-CBN Management including Laurenti Dyogi welcomed her in a red carpet with the employees of ABS-CBN at the Eugenio Lopez Junior Communications Center (ELJCC) Building Executive Entrance.

She was welcomed by the rest of the ABS-CBN Management including Chief Operating Officer for broadcast Cory Vidanes, Business Unit Heads Deo Edrinal and Lui Andrada.



Keep posted for more updates for the other appearances of the Asia’s Songbird aside from ASAP in Sydney Australia happening on the 20th that marks her first TV appearance as an official Kapamilya artist.

According to her she’s excited to work with Angeline Quinto, Martin Nievera, Sarah Geronimo, Jona, Morissette Amon, KZ Tandingan, and Gary Valenciano.

During the contract signing ABS-CBN chairman Martin L. López and ABS-CBN President and Chief-Executive-Officer Carlo L. Katigbak joined them during the contract signing.
