Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski makes her METRO digital cover debut, sharing her journey of self-discovery, the values that define her, and her dreams as she prepares for the international stage.
In the cover story, titled “The Musings of Filipina Muse Bea Millan-Windorski: The Weight of the Crown and the Gravity of Her Dreams,” Bea addresses questions about her Filipino identity and whether she is Filipino enough to represent the country in the global pageant.

“We really can’t choose who our parents are or who our bloodline is. But what we can choose to do is live what it is to be a Filipino and live the values every single day,” Bea said.
The beauty queen also opens up about her insecurities growing up, from being the tallest in her class to struggling with self-confidence because she did not look like everyone else. Today, as a titleholder championing multiple advocacies, she has learned to embrace her individuality and recognize the value of inner beauty.

“Throughout my Miss Universe Philippines journey, it’s been more about coming to terms with how I look, realizing that I don’t have to always default to trying to prove that I’m the smartest person in the room. Sometimes it’s about being not just maganda physically, but also maganda inside and out,” she shared.
