Security Bank and Pays0 Inc., a licensed Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) and payment solutions provider, have partnered to help businesses accept payments, move funds, and manage transactions more efficiently as digital commerce continues to grow.

The partnership, formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing at the Security Bank Centre in Makati City on July 28, integrates Pays0’s payment platform with Security Bank’s banking capabilities to provide businesses with faster, more seamless payment processing and cash management solutions.

Present during the signing were Leslie Y. Cham, Executive Vice President and Branch Banking Group Head of Security Bank; Franco Tristan Corral, SAVP and Commercial Banking Deposit Team Head; Jing Luo (Penny Jing), Founder and CEO of Pays0 Inc.; and Atty. Timothy Francis T. Yee, Director of Pays0 Inc.

Through the collaboration, businesses using Pays0 can more efficiently accept customer payments, disburse funds to suppliers and employees, and reconcile transactions—reducing manual processes while improving cash flow and operational efficiency.

“Businesses today expect payments to be as seamless as every other part of their operations,” said Leslie Y. Cham, Executive Vice President and Branch Banking Group Head of Security Bank. “By combining Pays0’s payment solutions with Security Bank’s trusted banking services, we’re helping businesses simplify how they collect, send, and manage payments so they can focus on serving customers and growing their business.”

The partnership also strengthens Pays0’s ability to support a growing base of businesses by leveraging Security Bank’s banking infrastructure while maintaining the speed, security, and reliability its customers expect.

“This partnership with Security Bank is an important milestone for Pays0,” said Penny Jing, CEO and Founder of Pays0. “It brings together two organizations that share the same commitment to trust, service, and progress. We believe that meaningful partnerships like this can help make financial services more accessible and reliable for Filipinos.”

As more businesses adopt digital payment solutions, collaborations between banks and fintech companies continue to simplify payment acceptance, automate collections and disbursements, and enhance the overall customer experience. The initiative also supports the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ vision of accelerating digital payments and expanding financial inclusion.

For Security Bank, the partnership reinforces its position as a trusted banking partner for fintech companies while expanding opportunities across transaction banking, cash management, foreign exchange, and other financial services.

The collaboration underscores Security Bank’s commitment to delivering practical financial solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently and grow in an increasingly digital economy.
