PNB Makati Center is set to welcome Salady Philippines, bringing South Korea’s biggest salad chain to the heart of Makati’s central business district and expanding the property’s growing mix of dining and lifestyle offerings.
Through its Philippine master franchisee, Palette Passion Inc., Salady has begun expanding its presence in the country following the brand’s success in South Korea. Known for its fresh salads, grain bowls, wraps, and protein-rich meals, the brand has built a loyal following by making healthy eating accessible, convenient, and affordable for everyday consumers.
The partnership was formalized during a ceremonial lease signing on July 29, 2026, attended by PNB Holdings Corporation (PHC) President Karlu T. Say, PHC Chief Financial Officer Ponciano S. Carreon Jr., Palette Passion Inc. President Arvin Pitao, and Head of Operations Austin Villamanca.
For PHC, Salady’s arrival reflects the evolving role of commercial developments in business districts. As consumer preferences continue to shift, office properties are increasingly transforming into destinations that seamlessly combine work, lifestyle, dining, convenience, and community.
Salady’s opening at PNB Makati Center introduces a globally recognized healthy dining concept that caters to the growing demand for nutritious and convenient meal options among urban professionals. Its presence is expected to attract office workers, nearby residents, and visitors looking for fresh, wholesome meals in Makati’s bustling business district.
The Korean salad chain is among several new dining concepts set to join PNB Makati Center in the coming months, supporting the property’s vision of becoming a vibrant food and lifestyle destination along Ayala Avenue.
Scheduled to open later this year on the Ground Floor of PNB Makati Center, the store will serve as Salady’s first branch in Makati and its first location within an office development in the Philippines, marking another milestone in the brand’s local expansion.
