Following its acclaimed run at the 51st Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2025, award-winning Filipino drama UnMarry is set to make its streaming debut on Netflix starting July 23, 2026.
Directed by Jeffrey Jeturian from a screenplay by Chris Martinez and Therese Cayaba, UnMarry is a poignant exploration of love, marriage, separation, and the search for personal healing. Produced by Quantum Films and Cineko Films, the film was one of the official entries to the 51st MMFF, where it earned major recognitions for its compelling storytelling and performances.

The film stars Angelica Panganiban as Celine and Zanjoe Marudo as Ivan, two individuals who find themselves navigating separate journeys toward annulment. While they each face the emotional weight and legal complexities of ending their respective marriages, their experiences reveal the struggles of moving on, confronting the past, and rebuilding their lives beyond failed relationships. As they deal with family expectations, personal regrets, and the challenges of starting over, Celine and Ivan discover unexpected connections that open doors to healing, self-discovery, and new possibilities.

Adding depth to the film’s narrative is an ensemble cast featuring Eugene Domingo as Atty. Jacqueline Lambridas, Tom Rodriguez as Stephen, Solenn Heussaff as Maya, Shamaine Centenera-Buencamino, and Nico Antonio. Each character contributes to the film’s thoughtful portrayal of relationships, choices, and the realities of moving forward.
Through the direction of Jeturian and the combined writing talents of Martinez and Cayaba, UnMarry presents a grounded and emotionally resonant look at the complexities of love and commitment. The film explores how people rebuild their lives after endings, while finding strength, acceptance, and new beginnings.
