Maki continues to make waves in the music scene after surpassing 1 billion all-time streams on Spotify, marking another major milestone ahead of his “KOLORCOASTER” Southeast Asian tour and the release of his new single, habangbuhay pansamantala.
The achievement follows the success of his album KOLORCOASTER, which produced fan-favorite tracks including Dilaw, Namumula, and kahel na langit. Bringing the colorful world of the album to international audiences, Maki is set to perform at The Theatre at Mediacorp on June 13 and Bengkel Space on June 14, with additional tour stops in North America, Australia, and New Zealand to be announced soon. Tickets for the Singapore and Indonesia shows are available via MYX Global.
Ahead of the tour, the Kapamilya singer-songwriter is set to release his new single habangbuhay pansamantala on Friday (May 22). Described by Maki as a “pink song,” the emotional track speaks to the pain of being treated as a second choice or kept on the backburner in a relationship.
Maki composed the song himself, while production was handled by Nhiko Sabiniano, vocalist of Nameless Kids. Even before its official release, previews of the track have already gained millions of views across social media, resonating with listeners through its emotional and relatable message.

To celebrate the launch, Maki also announced two special fan events: “Pink Fest” at TriNoma on May 29 and “Pink Room” at Solaire Resort North on June 5. Tickets for “Pink Room” are available through Solaire Rewards.
Fans can catch Maki on his “KOLORCOASTER” Southeast Asian tour and stream habangbuhay pansamantala starting today on digital streaming platforms.
