Whether on air or online, GMA Integrated News (GMAIN) continues to prove its status as the trusted news authority of Filipinos. It once again leads the digital news space as the top Philippine news publisher for March 2025 under the news and politics category of global video analytics firm Tubular Labs.
With a remarkable 1.79 billion total video views across Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, GMAIN not only topped the national rankings but also secured the second spot globally. This marks an unprecedented milestone for a Philippine news brand.
GMAIN’s strong performance in March was driven by major stories such as the arrest and initial hearing of former President Rodrigo Duterte at the International Criminal Court, along with extensive coverage of Eleksyon 2025 from campaign events to voter education efforts.
Contributing to this success were engaging segments like user submitted content from YouScoop Plus and impactful reporting from flagship newscasts such as 24 Oras, Saksi, Balitanghali, State of the Nation, 24 Oras Weekend, and Unang Balita sa Unang Hirit. These programs resonated with viewers across platforms and reinforced GMAIN’s commitment to credible and compelling journalism.
In March alone, GMA Integrated News generated 860 million views on Facebook, 722 million views on TikTok, and 209 million views on YouTube.
Adding further impact was the launch of GMAIN’s digital election initiative Eleksyonaryo: The Dapat Totoo digital exclusives which earned over 11 million views. The campaign featured short public service videos and question and answer sessions using Gen Z language to explain electoral topics, man on the street interviews reflecting real voter sentiments, and an ask me anything session with COMELEC Chairman George Garcia where he answered questions from the public.
“We are honored to be recognized by Tubular Labs as the top Philippine news publisher for March 2025. This recognition is a testament to the outstanding collaboration and tireless efforts of our social media and digital teams in bringing credible and accurate news to Filipinos around the world,” said Oliver Victor B. Amoroso, senior vice president and head of GMA Integrated News, Regional TV, and Synergy.
GMA Integrated News remains committed to delivering truthful and relevant news on television, radio, and digital platforms. It continues to bring the biggest stories of the Filipino to the world.
