Nyoy got both 8-points from Sharon Cuneta and Jed Madela, while Edgar Allan got 8 points from Gary Valenciano. But with the 3 points coming from Edgar Allan, Maxene Magalona, and Nyoy, Karla Estrada elevates to the top with the score 28 points. Karla transformed to Ann Wilson of Heart.

Karla donates half of her prize for the Golden Acres. This is the second time she won, the first was when she transformed Chaka Khan.
On week 9 of Your Face Sounds Familiar Jolina will become Prince, Tutti to Jon Bon Jovi, Maxene to Selena Gomez, Melai to Elizabeth Ramsey, Jay-R to Justin Timberlake, Edgar Allan to Victor Wood, Nyoy to Mike Hanopol and Karla to Manilyn Reynes.
