In celebration of Mother’s Day this weekend, Maalaala Mo Kaya shares the heartbreaking story of Belen played by the Queen of Soap Opera Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo who is in-search for her four children who were sold while she was away for training. Belen didn’t know that she would face this huge problem after sacrificing for several months not with her children that she loved the most.
The character played by Judy Ann, needs work for the family in order to live because her husband fails to provide. But she never thought that her children would be sold while she’s away. As a mother it will be hard for Belen finding ways to find her children and reunite with them especially that she discovered that her husband was responsible for selling them.
Joining Judy Ann are Ian de Leon, Sam Concepcion, Kristel Fulgar, Celine Lim, Mariel Pamintuan, JB Agustin, Eva Darren, Crispin Pineda, Nikki Bagaporp, Neri Naig, Raquel Montessa, and Tom Olivar. It is under the direction of Mae Cruz-Alviar and written by Benjamin Benson Logronio.
