With an interview with People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao few days before the much awaited fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr in the MGM Arena on May 2 (May 3, Philippine time), Manny was interviews by a Mexican reporter and asked him who was his favorite international artist. Manny confirmed that he admired Thalia, the actress behind the hit telenovela Marimar who visited the Philippines before.
Manny said that she’s a good actress. With the beautiful message from the boxing icon, Thalia was overwhelmed with mentioned on her instagram account that she’s a Team Pacquaio supporter together with her beloved dog Fulgoso in Marimar.
Aside from Marimar, Thalia became star in hit telenovela including Maria Mercedes, Maria del Barrio and Rosalinda. Thalia is also a multi-awarded Latina recording artist.
