Travel Time host Susan Calo-Medina dies

The Queen of Travel TV in the Philippines, Susan Calo-Medina passes away as reported by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCAA) on its Facebook Page earlier. In their post it says “Our most sincere condolences to the family of Travel Time host Ms. Susan Calo Medina who passed away today. She was a former member of the NCCA’s National Committee on Communication.”

Susan is known for her most watched travel show entitled Travel Time that aired on the ABS-CBN News Channel. It was the longest travel magazine show program in the Philippines where it has it debut in 1986 and received numerous awards.

Susan died Friday morning (January 9). According to NCAA her wake will be in Sanctuario de San Antonio, Forbes Park in Makati City for those who wanted to show their sympathy and share their prayers to the family of the departed.
