From the cable channel that brought Scorpion, The Millers, Under The Dome, Elementary and Beauty and the Beast in the Philippines, RTL CBS Entertainment HD now brings another sci-fi TV series created by Mickey Fisher and executive produced by Steven Spielberg that will be premiering on January 6, Tuesday at 9:55pm. This will be the first lead role of Halle Berry on a TV series in which she will be playing the role of Molly Woods, a female astronaut wanting to reconnect with her family after 13 months of expedition in the outer space.
Unlike other expedition she had before, her recent voyage was different whereas she discovered she was pregnant without any contact within the 13-month stay in the outer space. With her situation she will discover things that it will help her answer so many questions that lie in her head.
Meanwhile, Goran Visnjic who will play the role of John, Molly’s husband, will join Berry in the series. He robotics engineer heading the Humanichs project. He created their android son, Ethan, played by Pierce Gagnon. As parents, their characters have conflicted feelings about their son. Questions about his humanity and his actual emotions are raised.
The cast also features Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada as Hideki Yasumoto, Golden Globe Award winner Camryn Manheim as Sam Barton, The Newsroom’s Grace Gummer as Julie Gelineu and Michael O’ Neill from the Dallas Buyers Club as Alvin Sparks.
