A 40 year old ice cream vendor named Roberto is the first ever millionaire of the new segment of It’s Showtime entitled Isang Tanong Isang Milyon. The segment is currently on its second week on the show and it became a trending topic in social media and hot topic among the viewers of the show. From the first week with celebrities no one won the game until the following week were Roberto in the November 19 episode became an instant millionaire when he answered the mystery question with “Earth”
The question was: Ang kontinenteng Antartica ay sa anong planeta makikita? (On what planet will you see Antartica?) The answer is Earth of course. But the game Isang Tanong Isang Milyon is different from other trivia base segment. The contestant will need to select only 3 boxes from the 8 choices and will first try to guess what the question before telling the answer is.
Roberto selected OTM from the ITS SHOWTIME that has one word each. O contains “Antartica”, T with “Sa” and M with Planeta.
Being the first millionaire of Isang Tanong Isang Milyon, Roberto will be using the 1 Million plus the Php 40, 000 he won during the elimination round to pay his debts will also shoulder the medical expenses of his mother, who is suffering from diabetes.
