Before the 2014 State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III in House of the Representative in the late afternoon of July 28, netizens were starting to create memes of the president and other politicians including the Senator Nancy Binay after she post her photo of her attire during the opening of the session of senate early this morning. Wearing a white top and combination of green and yellow ballon skirt (which I don’t know if the top and skirt is just one piece of a dress) she became an instant memes to the playful and creative minds of netizens as they shared the versions of the inspiration of her dress via their social network accounts.
