Counting down to the official release in all theaters nationwide this May 2014, 20th Century Fox unveiled the latest poster and trailer of the much awaited X-Men: Days of Future Past. The film will be bringing all the powerful mutants from the past and the future to collide in the X-Men: Days of Future Past. The superhero film will be the seventh film in the X-Men film series and it is based from the 1981 Uncanny X-Men storyline “Days of Future Past” by Chris Claremont and John Byrne. X-Men: Days of Future Past brings back Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Halle Berry, Anna Paquin, Jennifer Lawrence, Ellen Page, Peter Dinklage, Patrick Stewart, and Ian McKellen to play their respective iconic X-Men characters.
Directed by Bryan Singer, the film will introduce other characters to be played by Shawn Ashmore, Daniel Cudmore, Nicholas Hoult, Omar Sy, Booboo Stewart, Fan Bingbing, Adan Canto, Evan Peters, Josh Helman, Evan Joingket and Lucas Till. X-Men: Days of Future Past will connect the current X-Men characters that are very much familiar to most movie goers who also saw the animated series and randomly read the comic book to the mutants from the past where Charles Xavier is not yet known as Professor X and Erik Lehnsherr as Magneto.

The film was written by Simon Kinberg, Matthew Vaughn and Jane Goldman, with Kinberg writing the screenplay. The movie is under 20th Century Fox and Marvel Entertainment. It will be available in both 3D and regular format.
