After taking a short break due to the condominium mauling incident, Vhong Navarro is officially back to finish his comeback movie with Star Cinema entitled Da Possessed. Still part of the 20th anniversary of Star Cinema, it will showcase Vhong in a dark comedy film following the success of his D’ Anothers in 2005 and Bulong in 2010.
Vhong will be joined by Solenn Heussaff which was originally Angel Locsin but because of her hectic schedule it was pass on to Ellen Adarna until changes were done. Other cast members include John “Sweet” Lapus, Empoy, and Aaliyah Belmoro. It will be directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal and will be premiering in all cinemas nationwide beginning April 19.
Aside from Bulong and D’ Anothers other projects that Vhong Navarro did as lead cast in Star Cinema that became a huge hit include My Only U, Mr. Suave, Gagamboy, Agent X44.
