After the leakage of the private video of the Parokya ni Edgar vocalist Chito Miranda last Friday night until Saturday which included is his current girlfriend Neri Naig, he immediately asked forgiveness to their parents, friends and supporters about the said incident. He posted his “sorry” message in his twitter and instagram account whereas he mentioned that it was their video and the reason it was released in the internet is because they were robbed and the hard drive that contained the private video was included.
Chito is very thankful to all the supporters and friends who extended their prayers to him and to Neri in becoming strong in times of trial like this. Supporters showed their support to Chito and Neri by sending encouraging messages via social media account and calling to stop the sharing of the video. In his instagram Chito posted a photo with his girlfriend Neri with a message “Hindi ninyo kami matitinag” pertaining to those who release their private video.
Neri Naig is a former Star Circle Quest Finalist. She remained quiet on the issue.

My take on this issue, we are not new on this kind of scandal after the Hayden Kho and Katrina Halili incident few years ago. But we should be reminded that it is a private video which it is not for sharing at the same time they should be respected. They might record their intimate moment which we don’t know the reason behind it but it will be for them alone. Let’s put ourselves on their shoes, what will be our reaction if our private videos will be shared online? So again we should be more responsible enough.
