This will be the first time you will see the real life couple Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo on the big screen together for the movie 24/7 in Love. The romantic comedy film is part of the 20th anniversary of Star Magic and will be distributed by Star Cinema. The film contains a collection of love stories where one of it includes Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo. The film was directed by John D. Lazatin, Mae Czarina Cruz, Frasco Santos Mortiz and Dado Lumibao and will be showing in all cinemas by November 21, 2012.
Instead of seeing a straight rom-com story, it will be different for the case of Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo. It is a story of girlfriends played by Bea and Zanjoe, to be more specific girl-friends or friends that have the same sexual preference. Zanjoe’s character is a gay and one of his friends is Bea. Unfortunately, after being drunk something happened between the two of them. The question is how it will affect their relationship especially for the character played by Bea is hoping that Zanjoe’s character is straight because he has all the things she ever wanted expect her orientation.
Aside from Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo, other Star Magic actors joining the film are Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Angelica Panganiban, John Lloyd Cruz, Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Pokwang, Sam Milby, Maja Salvador, Diether Ocampo, Piolo Pascual, Xyriel Manabat, Zaijan Jaranilla, and Maricar Reyes.
