Three months after the release of his self-titled Album in the market, Jonathan Manalo of Star Records informed Daniel Padilla last August 19 in ASAP 2012 that it reaches platinum. Up to date Daniel’s album has sold more than 20, 000 copies and keep on selling in all record stores nationwide. His self-titled Album includes track Pagsubok, Paniwalaan Mo, Prinsesa, Grow Old With You, Ako’y Iyo Ika’y Akin Lamang and Hinahanap-hanap Kita.
Daniel Padilla is part of the top-rating teleserye of ABS-CBN entitled Princess and I which also stars Kathryn Bernardo, Enrique Gil, Khalil Ramos, Gretchen Barretto, Albert Martinez and Dominic Ochoa.
Mean while in Princess and I, Gino (Daniel) plans to go back to his family after his father was brought to the hospital and also being broken hearted with Mikay (Kathryn). And the search for Esmeralda is over after she was summoned by the police and brought to King Anand (Albert) in order to search for the missing princess.
