Aside from the most anticipated movie Tangled, Walt Disney Pictures brings another twisted tale this 2011 and this time its Shakespeare’s. Gnomeo & Juliet is loosely based from the famous Romeo & Juliet of William Shakespeare. The comical-animation film that will be available in both 3D and regular format features the voices of James McAvoy and Emily Blunt as Gnomeo and Juliet. It is directed by Kelly Asbury.
Like the original novel. Gnomeo & Juliet follows the love story of the two characters facing the obstacles rooted from family feud. This time it is no longer renaissance setting but more on the garden where gnomes lives and here the story begins.

The 3D animated film will also release movie soundtrack that includes songs from Elton John, Lady Gaga, Nelly Furtado, and Kiki Dee.
