Gerald Anderson returns to the primetime slot of ABS-CBN beginning October 10 with the Kapamilya channel’s first advocacy-serye entitled Budoy. This family oriented drama stars Janice de Belen, Tirso Cruz III, Zsazsa Padilla, Mylene Dizon, Christian Vasquez, Jessy Mendiola, Enrique Gil, Ana Abad Santos, Dante Rivero, Gloria Sevilla and Barbara Perez. Budoy is directed by Ruel Bayani and Tots Sanchez.
This teleserye follows the journey of a mentally disabled person named Budoy played by Gerald Anderson. From being sheltered with love and care, he will encounter the pain and disapproval by those who failed to understand him, yet he will discover new friends that will make him believe that life will always be good for him and for others.
