Singer-actress Maymay Entrata explores the emotional exhaustion of mixed signals and short-lived relationships in her latest single, “Sinta,” a dance-pop track about longing for a genuine and lasting connection.

Maymay co-wrote the song with Jonathan Manalo, ABS-CBN Music’s creatives, content, and operations head, and Nhiko Sabiniano of Nameless Kids. Manalo also produced the track, which carries a message reminding listeners that they deserve love that is sincere, certain, and built to last.

“Sinta” is Maymay’s third single this year, following “What We Love” and “Masunog Man,” which explored her perspectives on love and life through dance-pop and pop-rock sounds, respectively. Her previous release, “Masunog Man,” was recently submitted for For Your GRAMMY® Consideration in the Best Asian Pop Music Performance category for the 2027 Grammy Awards.

Continuing the momentum of empowering releases such as “AMAKABOGERA,” “Puede Ba,” “Tsada Mahigugma,” and “Paradise,” Maymay further establishes herself as a singer-songwriter who draws inspiration from personal experiences and relatable stories.

Her musical journey has also gained international attention. Maymay received a nomination for Best Asia Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards and performed “Nasaan Ang Hiling,” the Filipino version of a soundtrack song from Disney’s “Snow White.”

She was also featured on a Times Square billboard through Spotify’s EQUAL campaign and appeared in the Recording Academy’s “It Goes to 11” series, where she visited the Grammy studio and shared her musical journey with a global audience.

Maymay continues to bring her experiences and musical identity to the forefront with “Sinta,” now available on digital streaming platforms.
