The Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA), in partnership with Move to Change Foundation, Inc. (M2C), presents Gen G: GG na ’to!, an interactive play that explores choice, survival, participation, and community while giving audiences a direct role in shaping the story.

Part of Project GG: Game Changers for Good Governance, the production transforms civic education into a participatory theater experience where audiences vote, negotiate, and make decisions that influence what happens next. Set in an alternate Philippines submerged in floodwaters, the play follows young people living in temporary Balangay Gen Zones who are left to fend for themselves after the adults fail to return, forcing them to decide how their community should survive.

Through the story, Gen G asks who gets heard, who gets left behind, what communities choose to prioritize, and whether people should simply adapt to broken systems or work together to change them.

Directed by Ian Segarra, the play is written by J-mee Katanyag and Jhudiel Sosa, with musical direction by Kabaitan Bautista, set design by Julio Garcia, and costumes by Johnnie Moran. The cast includes Lyle Viray, Johnrick Noynay, James Lanante, Camille Fabian, Francheska Andaya, Cb Lagapa, Ada Tayao, and Zoe Damag.

Gen G: GG na ’to! will tour 12 schools from September to December 2026, alongside Project GG activities including workshops, community conversations, and other youth-centered initiatives promoting critical thinking, collaboration, and collective decision-making.
