Prime Video has unveiled the first look at The Last Sunrise, an emotional coming-of-age romance based on the beloved novel by bestselling author Anna Todd. The film is among the highly anticipated young adult titles featured in the streamer’s newly launched Obsession Is In Session initiative, a major campaign celebrating stories, creators, and communities shaping the next generation of entertainment.
Directed by Carlson Young, The Last Sunrise stars Maia Reficco, Fernando Lindez, and Eva Longoria in a heartfelt story about love, family, and making every moment count.
The film follows Ry (Maia Reficco), a college student living with a chronic illness who embarks on a summer getaway to Mallorca with her mother (Eva Longoria). What begins as a simple escape soon becomes a life-changing journey when she unexpectedly falls for Julián (Fernando Lindez). As Ry learns to embrace living in the present, her deteriorating health and long-buried family secrets threaten to upend the unforgettable summer before it comes to an end.
