The set of GMA Afternoon Prime’s “You’re My Favorite Song” has become more than just a workplace for its young stars—it’s also a place to learn from some of the industry’s most respected actors.
Leading the show’s younger cast are Heath Jornales, Marco Masa, Clifford, and Caprice Cayetano, alongside veteran performers Boboy Garrovillo, James Blanco, Katya Santos, and Wilma Doesnt.
James Blanco said working with the younger generation reminds him of his own early days in showbiz, sharing that their energy keeps the set lively.
“Nakaka-excite kasi ang taas ng energy ng mga bata, so kailangan sabayan mo sila,” he said.
For Katya Santos, the series is a dream project because of its warm and family-like atmosphere. She also praised Caprice Cayetano’s natural acting, saying the young actress “has a lot to give.”
