BGYO members Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate step into a bold new era with the release of “Fresh,” a self-affirming track that champions confidence and staying true to oneself. The single marks their first music release following their fifth anniversary celebration. Its official music video is now streaming on YouTube via the BGYO Official channel.
Composed by Mikki, “Fresh” fuses polished hip-hop elements with a laid-back swagger, delivering what may be the group’s smoothest and coolest anthem yet. With its confident tone and catchy beat, the song sends a clear message: nothing feels better than owning who you are.

The track also serves as BGYO’s first Tagalog single since 2024’s “Andito Lang.” The group is set to represent OPM at the upcoming “DUNK Showcase” at K-Arena Yokohama in Japan, alongside fellow Filipino acts SB19 and Cup of Joe.
In the past year, BGYO kept the momentum going with consecutive releases, starting with their self-titled EP featuring “Trash” and “Divine,” which has garnered nearly seven million streams on Spotify. They followed this with the EP “Headlines,” which includes “All These Ladies,” “Dance With Me,” “Aloe Vera,” and the title track. The group performed “Headlines” on Thailand’s “Music Countdown” and was later announced as one of the headliners for Summer Sonic 2025 in Bangkok.
Capping off a milestone year, BGYO successfully staged their first solo concert at the New Frontier Theater last October.
“Fresh” is now available on all major digital streaming platforms.
