Counting down to the official release of March 26, 2016, Warner Bros Pictures releases the teaser posters and trailer of the much awaited Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The film is directed by Zack Snyder and marks the return of the Henry Cavill from the 2013 film Man of Steel reprising the role of Clark Kent and his super hero alter ego Superman. The character of Bruce Wayne and his heroic alter ego Batman will be played by Ben Affleck who just came from the success of the film Gone Girl.
Joining Cavill and Affleck in the film are Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter and Gal Gadot. Warner Bros releases two teaser posters featuring the close-ups of the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel with opposite logos superimposed on each other’s face.
Aside from that the trailer of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was released to give the moviegoers the idea of what the film will be:
Chris Terrio wrote the film, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are producing, with Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Wesley Coller, David S. Goyer and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.Principal photography will take place on location at Michigan Motion Picture Studios and on location in and around Detroit, Michigan; Illinois; Africa; and the South Pacific. The film is based on Superman characters created by Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster, Batman characters created by Bob Kane, and Wonder Woman created by William Moulton Marston, appearing in comic books published by DC Entertainment.
