Before The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 officially announced the complete list of the contenders joining the live show beginning January 24, Bamboo announced that there would be slight changes in his team. Bamboo said that Joniver Robles has personal reason that’s not clear. They decided not to continue his journey to the competition.
And base from the rules and regulations of The Voice, Bamboo together with the production and creative consulted the owner of show, which is Talpa and said that the person to replace him was Rita Martinez who was one of the three contenders in their batch in the Knock Out round.
Bamboo officially talked to Rita to deliver the good news that she’s back on the team for the live show together with Arnee Hidalgo, Tanya Diaz, Kai Honasan, Karlo Mojica and Rence Rapanot.

Few minutes after the announcement on The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 that he will be replaced by Rita, Joniver posted a statement on his Facebook account. What’s the reason behind the replacement? Is there a personal reason or a disqualification that was not cleared in the show.
