Faith Cuneta, one of the teleserye theme song singers of several TV series tries her luck in the blind audition of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2. Just showing the highlight of Faith’s performance entitled Ikaw that was a hit song of Regine Velasquez.
Sarah Geronimo immediately recognized her after turning her chair together with the rest of the coaches. Unfortunately, none of the remaining coaches during her part didn’t turn to her including Lea Salonga who said that she’s very particular in the intonation which she also said that maybe because Faith was nervous during her performance.
Sarah said she has a huge respect to Faith as a singer.
Faith was the voice behind the songs “Langit Ka” for Stairway to Heaven; “Di Ko Na Kaya” for Endless Love 2-Winter Sonata; and “Pangarap na Bituin” for Jewel in the Palace. She had album in Viva Records that was released in 2007 entitled Faith Begins: The Live Album and was appointed as the Ambassadress for Culture and the Arts by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in the same year.
