After Lea Salonga decided to bring Darlene Vibares and TonTon Cabilesto the Semi-Finals of The Voice Kids Philippines after a weekend of battles and back to back with sing-offs, it was Bamboo’s turn to have his Kamp Kawayan members to have their battles. In the day 1 on Team Bamboo Battles, the rock icon decided to take Juan Karlos Labajo, Stacy Pineda, Borge Rivera and Nathan Bautista to the sing-offs that will immediately happen after the battle round.
During the first half of Team Bamboo Battles; Juan Karlos defeated Julienne Echavez and Maite Zubiri after making a remarkable performance in their song A Thousand Years while; Stacy did it great with the song Ain’t No Mountain High Enough outshining Arianna Ocampo and Katherine Medina. Borge did a great opening of the song The Scientist that gave him the edge over Edera Lopez and Allina Malaiba. And ending the day with a good news is Nathan who did his best with the song I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing making him the winner of the night over Douglas Alabe and Junmark Armecin.
On the day 2 of Team Bamboo Battles this Sunday (June 6), the last two batches of Kamp Kawayan who will be having their three-way showdown are Rommel Bautista, Zack Tabudlo, and Gem Capalad with the song I’ll Be There; and Natsumi Saito, Edray Teodoro, and Grazz Enriquez with the song Breakaway.
Who will be moving to the sing-offs with Juan Karlos, Stacey, Borge and Nathan, and who will be the top 2 of team Bamboo who will join him in the semi-finals of The Voice Kids Philippines to have their showdown with Team Lea and Team Sarah Geronimo.
