>In response to the needs of the victims of the Typhoon Ondoy especially in the areas of Marikina, Pasig, Rizal and Antipolo, SM Supermalls launches their relief operation called Operation Tulong Express. SM Supermalls set up booth for the Operation Tulong Express in all their malls where it accepts both donations in kind and cash and all the proceeds will given to support the efforts of SM Foundation in partner with Caritas Manila who is one of the organizations who helps the victim of Typhoon Ondoy.

Operation Tulong Express booths were already set up as of September 27 and accept donations in kind. Operation Tulong Express is accepting donations such as canned goods, bottled water, medicines, clothes, towels, blankets, toiletries, and cleaning materials. They also accept cash donation to be deposited through Banco de Oro account number 15000070694.

Also Operation Tulong Express invites volunteers who can give their time to join the relief operation of SM Foundation and Caritas Manila, if interested they contact 508-5670 to 71 or email [email protected].

Aside for SM Foundation who emailed me this morning I also received an email from Andrea Carricato, UNICEF Cause admin that she invites UNICEF supporters and advocates around the world to help the Filipinos who is battling the effect of Typhoon Ondoy they can send their donations though UnicefUSA.org
or click on this direct link http://www.unicefusa.org/news/news-from-the-field/surviving-the-storm-photos.html.

For more other donation and volunteers areas please click here. Our fellow Filipinos needs our help let’s reach out to them now that Typhoon Pepeng (Parma) is now on northern part of Luzon we need to prepare ourselves for additional help that we can offer to our fellow Pinoys needing us soon.
