Iza Calzado plays Andrea in ABS-CBN’s Kahit Puso’y Masugatan

Few months after his transfer to ABS-CBN where she became one of the host in ASAP 2012, Iza Calzado will star in a sure top-rating teleserye of ABS-CBN entitled Kahit Puso’y Masugatan. The teleserye marks her first drama series in the Kapamilya Network after her appearance in Maalaala Mo Kaya for the Cross-stitch episode. She will be joined by Gabby Concepcion, Andi Eigenmann and Jake Cuenca and it will be airing on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida beginning July 9 after Lorenzo’s Time. The romantic drama TV series was directed by Wenn V. Deramas.

Iza will be playing the role of Andrea who is very close with her childhood friend named Veronica (Eigenmann). They learn to love and care for each other like real sisters but by fate and unfortunate circumstances they were separated. Andrea remained patient and caring while Veronica becomes possessive with her life. Their relationship was tested when Rafael (Cuenca) came to their life but it became more complicated when Rafael fell in love with Andrea and so is his father named Miguel (Concepcion) and asked him to marry him.

By love, the relationship of Andrea and Veronica were tested and so is Andrea to Rafael when she gives in to the affection of Miguel. Will Andrea let go of Rafael and finally accepts Miguel’s offer in order to give way to Veronica or will she fight her love for Rafael even it will give negative impact to her relationship with Veronica and Miguel. Either way Andrea brings the burden that can destroy the relationships of those that surround her, the people she loved so much.
