Sony Philippines supports The Mind Museum in bringing technology, science and innovation to the Filipino youth

Being true with their global CSR direction, Sony Philippines supports The Mind Museum in bringing innovation and technology to make science and history more appealing and understanding to the Filipino youth. As The Mind Museum opens its doors to public beginning on March 16, 2012, at The Fort, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Sony will be providing top-of-the-line and state-of-the-art gadgets such as Bravia LCD television units, touch screen VAIOs, 3D Projector Systems, and soon to be released on the market the Sony Tablet S.

With the support of Sony Philippines, the first world class Science museum in the Philippines will offer innovation and technology to make it more interactive and easy to understand. And over 250 interactive exhibits, from children to adults, will have their unforgettable and meaningful educational tour inside The Mind Museum.

From the time that guests entered The Mind Museum, they will see how Sony uses their Sony Bravia screens to present visuals and information to make The Hall of the 10 Most Beautiful Experiments easy to understand because of the clear and detailed visuals that everyone will surely appreciate. Aside from that, Sony showcases their advanced 3D feature that is available in their Sony Bravia screen with the use of  the Sony 3D active glasses, everyone will explore the atomic and particle of every objects at the Atom Gallery.

Children will enjoy interactivity though the Sony VAIO touch screen to see how nuclear energy works, appreciate different planets, constellations and even see how Earth looks like in different seasons. Lastly at Earth Gallery visitors can watch 3D animated films through the revolutionary technology of 3D Projection System, a technology that Sony will only make available locally in The Mind Museum, shows the film “Birthplace,” a 12-minute show of the 4.6 billion year history of the Earth and the film, “Simula,” which shows the history of the Philippines in 6 minutes.
