Kapuso singer-actor Will Ashley kicks off his music journey with his debut single “Paborito,” released under StarPop. The heartfelt pop track serves as the first taste of his upcoming album, “Liham,” and captures the excitement of falling for someone special and wanting to hold on to a love worth keeping.
“Paborito” was written by Will, Maki, and StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos, who also produced the track.
“Excited na akong marinig niyo ang sinulat kong kantang ‘Paborito.’ Sana makasama ko kayo sa September 20 para sa aking album launch,” Will shared on social media.
Fans can hear Will perform his new songs live at the “Liham” album launch on September 20 (Sunday) at the SM North EDSA Skydome. Tickets are available through SM Tickets, with prices ranging from P1,850 for General Admission to P4,850 for SVIP.
The Sparkle artist began his career as a child actor before gaining wider recognition as the second big placer of “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition” Season 1. He has since taken on roles in films including Love You So Bad and Bar Boys: After School, and the series The Secrets of Hotel 88.
Following his music debut, Will is also set to return to television in the upcoming “Delivery Boi,” coming soon to GMA Afternoon Prime, where he takes on the lead role together with Mika Salamanca and Vince Maristela.
