Access to modern medical equipment is crucial to delivering quality healthcare, but the substantial investment required can be a challenge for hospitals and healthcare providers. To help address this need, Security Bank has partnered with healthcare procurement platform Dr. Bidder, providing healthcare institutions with access to financing options for medical equipment through a more streamlined process.
The partnership was formalized during a memorandum of agreement (MOA) signing attended by Vireo Loadworks Inc. Director Octavius Ceasar Cajucom; Vireo Loadworks President and CEO Dr. Loysa Orense; Security Bank First Vice President and Area Head of Area 7 San Juan Ginger Tulio; First Vice President and Assets Business Sales Head Joseph Cecilio Sison; and Senior Assistant Vice President and Focus Segments Group Head Jaja Acosta.
“At Security Bank, our BetterBanking promise is to make banking simple, fast, and personal. Healthcare providers make critical investments every day to improve patient outcomes, and we’re committed to helping them access the resources they need to grow, modernize, and serve more people,” said Pamela Edejer, Senior Vice President and Assets Business Head.
Under the partnership, healthcare institutions using the Dr. Bidder platform can explore Security Bank’s financing solutions for equipment investments, subject to the Bank’s standard credit evaluation and approval processes.
“At the heart of every healthcare investment is a patient waiting for better care, a family hoping for better outcomes, and a community deserving more. Dr. Bidder is about making those better outcomes possible by giving healthcare providers the resources to grow, modernize, and reach more people. Because when we invest in healthcare, we’re not just building facilities or acquiring technology. We’re investing in lives,” said Dr. Orense, President of Vireo Loadworks Inc. and Project Lead of Dr. Bidder.
By integrating equipment procurement and financing within one ecosystem, Security Bank and Dr. Bidder aim to make it easier for healthcare institutions to acquire essential medical equipment, enabling them to focus on improving patient care and expanding access to quality healthcare.
