Filipino content creator Raco Ruiz continues to make his mark on the regional digital stage after winning Silver for Best Campaign by a Micro Influencer at the 2026 Hashtag Asia Awards for his collaboration with Burger King.

The award recognized The Big 4 Students Try The Whopper, a campaign published on Raco’s Instagram account and submitted by NYMA Talent Management under the Best Campaign by a Micro Influencer category.

The recognition was announced during the Hashtag Asia Awards 2026 ceremony held on July 10 at Sofitel Singapore City Centre in Singapore.

The latest win marks Raco’s third consecutive Hashtag Asia Award, making him one of the few Filipino creators to receive regional recognition three years in a row. In 2024, he earned Bronze for Best Campaign by a Macro Influencer for McDo Chicken Check!, a collaboration with McDonald’s. He followed it up in 2025 with Gold for his HP Smart Tank campaign with HP Philippines.

With three award-winning campaigns for three different global brands across three consecutive years, Raco continues to demonstrate the growing impact of Filipino creators in Asia’s digital marketing landscape.

“Winning back-to-back was already an incredible experience, so receiving this recognition for a third consecutive year came as a genuine surprise,” Raco shared.

“I am deeply grateful to the Hashtag Asia Awards, Burger King, and all the brands, creative teams, and advertising agencies that have trusted me with the freedom to bring my ideas to life.

“I am also thankful to NYMA Management for the support and work that happens behind the scenes. Being able to create content for a living, connect with audiences, and make people happy through these campaigns is already deeply rewarding. To have that work recognized on a regional stage is something I will never take for granted.”

Widely recognized for transforming everyday Filipino experiences into witty, relatable, and visually engaging content, Raco has built a distinct creative voice that combines humor, cultural insight, and storytelling. His work illustrates how branded content can effectively communicate a brand’s message while remaining authentic to both the creator and the audience.

“Raco’s third consecutive Hashtag Asia Award is a remarkable achievement and a testament to his consistency as a creative,” said Kat Bautista, Founder and COO of NYMA.

“Every campaign reflects his originality, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of his audience. We are incredibly proud to see Raco, Burger King, and Filipino creativity recognized on the regional stage once again.”

The Hashtag Asia Awards recognize outstanding social media campaigns, creators, brands, agencies, and platforms from across Asia, celebrating excellence in creativity, innovation, effectiveness, and meaningful audience engagement.

Raco is represented by NYMA, a talent management agency committed to nurturing trailblazing creators and elevating Filipino talent on the global stage.
