Aiming to bridge the gap between education and industry, Creat8 Stories Inc., in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), and the EduCare Research and Development Foundation, proudly opens INITIATE 2025: The Career & Education Congress at Megatrade Hall 1, SM Megamall, from October 17–19, 2025.
The three-day congress serves as a platform that brings together students, educators, employers, and government agencies to foster collaboration and prepare the Filipino workforce for the future of work. It underscores the vital role of education as a catalyst for national development and highlights the power of public-private partnerships in cultivating a resilient, future-ready workforce.
INITIATE 2025 offers a variety of activities designed to align educational backgrounds and skills with meaningful job opportunities. Participants can explore career pathways, attend discussions, and network with schools and accredited establishments recognized by DOLE, ECOP, and EduCare.
The event features three main activities:
INITIATE-ED Talks – Inspiring keynote sessions from leaders and innovators exploring the future of work and education.

Networking & Exhibits – Showcases from schools, companies, and organizations featuring innovative programs, job opportunities, and career development initiatives.
Aligned with DOLE’s 2023–2028 strategic plan, INITIATE 2025 supports efforts to enhance the employment system, expand job opportunities, and promote shared labor market governance.
