Award-winning singer, multi-platinum artist, actor, and host Christian Bautista remains a loyal Kapuso as he renewed his contract with GMA Network on May 6, 2025, at Studio 6 of the GMA Network Center—marking over a decade since joining in 2013.
“GMA, you gave me a home, a platform, and the space to keep growing. Hindi niyo lang ako tinulungan as an artist—you remind me of what else I’m capable of,” Christian shared during his speech.
In attendance were top GMA executives including president and CEO Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., EVP and CFO Felipe S. Yalong, and VP for Drama Cheryl Ching-Sy, alongside other network leaders showing their support.
Christian was joined by his wife, manager, and NYMA COO Kat Ramnani-Bautista, whose presence emphasized the personal and professional strength behind his continued success.
“As his wife and business partner, I’m proud of how far he’s come. GMA has given him room to grow and showcase his artistry,” she shared.
Christian remains a standout Kapuso talent—serving as a coach on The Clash and performer on All-Out Sundays. His influence extends across Asia through collaborations and digital projects.
Recently, he was honored as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the World by TOFA, with an award ceremony set this October in Las Vegas.
He capped the event with a performance of “The Way You Look at Me,” a tribute to GMA and his longtime supporters.
Christian also thanked his NYMA team, the media, and his fans: “To my NYMA family, thank you for helping me explore new sides of myself. To the press—salamat sa inyong suporta. And to my CFs, thank you for growing with me.”
