She was Black Eyed Peas’ apl.de.ap contender in the finale of The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 where she ended one of the runner-ups whereas Jason Dy won in the competition. Alisah Bonaobra who came from Manila was one of the four-chair turner in The Voice PH and coaches include Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo and Lea Salonga.
Alisah tries her luck in the season 14 of The X Factor UK where she few to London to audition together with her mother with the help of the Filipino friends who supported them for the plane ticket. Her audition aired recently in the fourth week of the audition. She performed Listen of Beyonce.
The X Factor UK judges Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osborne and Louis Walsh were amazed with her performance and gave her 4 yeses. Nicole stood up and gave her applause while in tears. According to her she can relate with Alisah which according to her had her humble beginnings too. Sharon immediately say yes and cannot hold her emotions. Louis and Simon said that Alisah has a personality that they like and finds her adorable and fitting in the competition.
