After a week of guessing who is the “Queen” who will be joining the It’s Showtime family, earlier today, she is finally revealed in the KantangHalian segment together with Philippine Prince of Pop Eric Santos and Philippine Rock-Acoustic Princess Yeng Constantino. The Philippine Queen of Soul Jaya is formally welcomed in It’s Showtime as the latest hurado in Tawag ng Tanghalan.
Jaya is known for her hit songs including Bakit Ngayong Ka Lang, Kung Wala Na, Dito Sa Puso Ko, Dahil Ba Sa Kanya, Wala Na Bang Pag-ibig, and many more.
Jaya started in ASAP in 1995 and transferred to rival company in 2010. She appeared in different GMA Network shows including Yagit, Marimar, SOP, Party Pilpinas, Bantatay, Poor Senorita and many more. Jaya moved to Corner Stone Artist Management that brought her back to ABS-CBN in It’s Showtime as Tawag ng Tanghalan Hurado and looking forward in her return to ASAP.
Jaya joins Rey Valera, Loiue Ocampo, Erik Santos, Yeng Constantino, K Brosas, Karla Estrada, Kyla, Nyoy Volante, Karylle and Billy Crawford.
