Few days after Jason Francisco revealed that he and wife Melai Cantiveros decided to split up, Melai aired her side in the morning show Magandang Buhay, Melai said she will fight for her love to Jason because she considered Jason as her greatest love and her destiny. Melai was crying while she was telling her statement in the show. She said that Jason was her forever and she said she choose her forever. Karla wishes Melai that everything will be ok and she will support her as her friend.
Meanwhile, Jason posted on Instagram his side few days ago that posted on Push.com.ph that the reason of the split up is that Melai broke their agreement that they will not have love teams in any project that they will do. Whereas Jason plays sidekick in the superhero series My Super D while Melai was doing a lead role in We Will Survive where she was partnered with Carlo Aquino. According to Jason that he learned about the flow of the show two months after. Which they only agree that it will only have a love team that will last only a week. Jason said that he doesn’t want to see his wife to have other loveteam on screen.
