After their “TV Parol” last year to highlight Christmas countdown to bring out the creativity of every Filipino to create the traditional Christmas lanterns or Parol with recycled materials, “It’s Showtime” once again bring another tradition that all Filipino families will surely can relate with and participate. Last Saturday, they kick-off with the segment “Karoling Galing” that invites Filipino family to showcase their talents in singing their favorite Christmas songs or caroling with a mash-up of upbeat and modern songs.
Christmas carol is one of the oldest Christmas traditions that most Filipinos are doing. Most of them are children with their improvised musical instruments while others in-group of choir members. The show saw the venue for families to showcase their talent and creativity from the oldest to the youngest member.
“Karoling Galing” will be one of the segments of It’s Showtime to countdown to Christmas at the same time bringing Christmas spirit one family to another and to your home.
It’s Showtime airs on ABS-CBN weekdays at 12noon after Ningning and Saturdays at 11:30am. Anne Curtis, Karylle, Coleen Garcia, Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Billy Crawford, Teddy Corpuz, Jhong Hilario, Jugs Jugueta, Kim Atienza and Eric Tai host the show.
